While we have certainly outgrown the technology of the 90s, one thing we still can't get enough of are the looks that were served. CMXI means 0911 in roman numerals and is a retro couture fashion brand that embodies the effortless sensuality of Hip-Hop and R&B's influence of 90's street style. With a fresh new take we still maintain an authentic retro feel. CMXI Founder and CEO Rajanae' Weeks has been a fashionista all her life. She decided to use her passion for style to fuel her entrepreneurial spirit while being spiritually guided, to build a fashion brand that not only has a dynamic aesthetic but also has heart.
The brand CMXI, which stands for the date September 11th (9/11), has significant meaning for CEO Weeks, as it is not only the day our country changed forever, but also her birthday. Because she shares a connection to this day in more than one way, she has made it her life's mission to continue to honor families affected by the tragic 9/11 attacks. Through our brand, Ms. Weeks plans to use the CMXI brand to encourage philanthropy and unity for not only families affected but 9/11, throughout her entire community as well through fulfilling her life's purpose.
